We accept returns on sealed boxes and singles.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify.

Preorders can only be returned after the product has shipped.

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

For bulk orders, Pokémon JPC will provide a prepaid return label.
5. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost once the issue is confirmed.
